Atelier Restaurant is a tasting menu restaurant which officially opened November 12th, 2008 at 540 Rochester Street in Little Italy. Chef Marc Lepine serves what he calls 'New Canadian' food based on more efficient cooking technologies. In fact, the entire kitchen can be tucked away in a cupboard. There is no grill, no deep fryer, no stove. Service and the food is very interactive and exciting. [1]
